perfect location helpful staff comfortable room clean room
This hotel is in a perfect location! i walked to all the major attractions and the train station is only about ten minutes away. shopping surrounds this area! the staff is really knowledgeable and super helpful. They answered every question i had. my room, while not huge, was very comfy and tidy. It had everything i needed!
the walls are a bit thin, so i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

the reception staff was friendly! they gave excellent tips for exploring, and were always happy to assist with directions. i felt so welcome and appreciated their genuine hospitality .

the hotel offers free wifi access. there is also a luggage storage service available after checkout! this made it easy to explore the city on my final day without hauling bags around.

My room had a spacious layout. it also included a mini-fridge and a tv with international channels! i found the bed very comfy. I had some good sleep!!!

the location was excellent. it was very close to many attractions. the room was clean. the staff provided friendly service..
the shower was quite old in the bathroom. the toilet did not flush very well. the mattresses were sunken and uncomfortable..

convenient location good breakfast street noise early morning
The hotel's location was very convenient for seeing the main attractions. I easily walked to the Duomo and other sites. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
My room faced the street and it was noisy early in the morning. Street cleaners began work around 7 AM. I could hear the noise from my room.
